Very true facts highlighted by Mr. Sonawane. Actually it's a very good complex to live in, but due to the negligence of Indiabulls it has become the worst place to live now. Lack of amenities maintained by the builder, not provided amenities as promised, no separate water line, leakages almost in all flats. In spite of which how they got permission to construct 2nd phage it's a big question mark. Rera authorities should look into it seriously and give justice to the residents of Indiabulls Greens, Panvel and should not try the residents petitions.

Great initiative Rahul ji - we are all united to fight against IB who have failed to provide required services, amenities to the residents including basic amenities like adequate drinking water. All amenities are shutdown including swimming pool and the beautification and cleaning of common areas are neglected over many many months.

It's such a blunder to buy flat here..Beautiful surroundings and huge complex but alas builder's greed has spoiled everything. Need to form Apex body of society to come out of the clutches of builder.Water tankers are eye sore.Swiming pool is dry and in bad condition. Basketball court is weeping for it's past glory.Gyms are in bad shape and need to be started again..God help us!!

Thanks for covering the concern and false promises Rahul ji !! Let's come together to fight against unethical practice by the builder and save many more residents who should first check the live amenities before buying with Indiabulls!!

We really need a club house or a place for meeting and celebrations . Also children can slip onto algae deposited due to water . It's not safe anf it's dirty . Water problem and frequent power cuts are other things. They promised a mall too .

Maha rera registration act me builder structure guarantee,leakage guarantee in the year manners guidelines aur water supply authority permission and daily hours of water supply in each residents will be mentione in the registration aggreement....ye sab dalni chahiye jisse builder fasa na sake customers ko....

No reply from IB on all issues, they are just delaying as much as they can. Society is dependant on its own for all major issues.

My god. Itke issues ahet yanche. We are thinking to buy home at Indiabulls Park. Jar ase issue asel tar vichar karava lagel, ithe ghar ghyache ani settle vhaycha ki nahi yacha. Koni guidance deu shakel ka amhala

The behaviour of the builder is simply callous and has no respect for rights of purchasers. The builder has started disputes with Society of residents.
