Exactly, I was feeling the same way! Kamkazi drones are the future of economical assymetrical warefare. But I also feel that we need to expand on short range air defence systems, right now even the Pakistanis have over 7000 launchers (irrespective of whether they are vinatge or modern) and we only have around 3000 launchers and that too mostly of the Igla/Igla-S type. There is a need to close the gap with VSHORADS soon. Hope DRDO and denfense manufacturing are up to the task. If this is Pakistan, just think of China !

Hmm, ALFA-S seems like a big boost, a swarm of 20 with range of 150 km is too impressive and have high chance of neutralizing enemy assets. More the numbers and range, better it will be for future warfare.

I feel sad for India. It must be very disheartening for an Indian army officer who is truly patriotic and wants to defend India from China, but India cannot provide him with any effective means. What is the K-15 MRBM for? To target China? At least, take a look at a map; there is nothing within this range but snow-covered mountains and deserts. Any launch position will be vulnerable to attacks from drones, fighter bombers, and ChangJian 10 cruise missiles (with a range of 1500 km). It's not a good time for the Indian army, especially after Agnipath. There's not even a job guarantee after serving, with the risk of life.

Kinzhal is for bombers or mig 31 and special su34. Kh-69 is world's first new generation missile and is used in su57 internal bay. We have zero options to carry these missiles.
