Girls your reaction seems very natural, good part is that you appreciated the original talent. I think we should not forget those who worked hard to create these master pieces. Copying and remaking is also an art and demands a lot of hard work but not as much as the original work does. Mr. Anshul Agawal. All the songs mentioned have been stolen and there is no channel between Pakistan and India for payment if the songs are to be copied. Copy is not allowed according to international conventions. Folks songs do not belong to any one so they can be sung by any one in any manner. In this case even the lyrics are stolen word by word even the names of poets are not mentioned. Regarding Pakistani legend singer Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan,see the episodes 5 or 4 where Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan hi,self talks about his songs being copied. Same is true of Bihar do Jholi Meri Yaa Muhammad a very famous Qawali by Late Sabri brothers has been shamelessly sung by Annan Sami. Son of Ghulam Farid Sabri,Late Amjad Saabri protested that even no verbal permission was sought from him. Have a heart and be gracious enough to accept the facts.

Justification of theft? Please see my earleir comment. Hundreds of thousands of indian films seen and millions of hindi film songs are heard in your homes , shops , weddings and even on award shows. Pakistan does not pay a dime for it . it is all consumed through priracy.The copyright theft by indians of pakistani content is not even the tiniest fraction of this loss caused to the indian film industry. As advised by you , please call a spade as spade. The hypocrisy of pakistanis in this matter is mindboggling

Also please acknowledge the fact that pakistanis have been consuming indian entertainment content ( films and music) right since independence for free , through piracy. Put your hand on your gracious heart and tell us how many songs from India have you heard in your lifetime and how many indian films you have seen on your cable network or pirated CDS . India does not get a dime for all these content and the value of this content is infinitely more than the value lost by pakistani artists to Indian plagiarism. It does not even start to compare. What a strange justification for theft. The Indian movies which were screened in Pakistan were paid for and your Bollywood earned a lot of foreign exchange by this. Regarding songs, in today’s word of media explosion, all songs are being played on u tube and other media. Who told you that we are crazy for your songs? I have heard Indian songs in my childhood on Radio In Binaca geet Malala. I do not deny the greatness of Lata, Mukesh, Rafi and Kishore etc. However if these greats sing a stolen song,I shall call it a theft. Nusrat Fateh Ali never allowed to steal his tunes and sing in one’s own name. Regarding our artists Being from India. Origin is the funniest argument. For your information the great artist Muhammad Rafi was from Lahore, Raj Kapoor family, Dilip Kumar (Muhammad Yousaf) was from Peshawar, Cev Anand from Lahore. List is too long. We do not call them Pakistanis since they opted for India. My dear fiends justifying one wrong with lame excuses is intellectual dishonesty. I am from Pakistan, grew up watching both bollywood and Pakistani Pop Music which was booming in the early 2000s,bollywood did take alot of songs, which is fine, but they never credited the original artists, which is bad.Some artists filed cases too, but individuals could never win against such a big industry. Also I still love bollywood too, I feel we're much more closer and similar than different

Some songs are translated literally and Pakistani has a lot of different languages that's why you are unable to identify some songs that are copies

Copying the work of an smaller artist without proper compensation is theft pure and simple. Bollywood music directors didn't even give a word of recognition while bagging millions of rupees for themselves. There must to be copy right laws enacted to protect the bread and butter of the smaller artists regardless of their nationality.

it's not the wrong that they copied old hit songs to be instant hit.. but what hurts that they used our super hit songs and even national song and copied hundreds of them without any permission or without giving credit to original creators. by the way nice reactions

Great reaction sisters. If you want to stay ahead of the crowd then start keeping an eye on Pakistani movies. Bollywood as it stands, lacks creativity and ethics. Pakistani movies are slowly making their place and are better. Not to mention Pakistani dramas.
