Next part of my hair growth secrets is here! I lost about half my hair in 2019 and made it my mission to grow it back! 😅 I’m hoping this helps anyone struggling to keep their hair from falling out ❤️(more tips and product links in my “hair loss” highlight) 🙌🏾 & feel free to send it to anyone you think it may help! I’ve been using rosemary hair rinses the last few months and my hair feels SO healthy 🤌🏾
Rosemary hair rinses are an amazing way to grow your hair fast! The secret ingredient in rosemary is ursolic acid: an anti-inflammatory antioxidant that can help calm an inflamed scalp while bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles. 🙌🏾 It basically creates an ideal environment for hair to grow faster, or for new hair to start growing again. 🥰
I do this once a week after shampoo-ing and conditioning my hair & I DON’T rinse it out! 🥰 As with any DIY, it takes consistency to see a difference! Let me know if you guys have any questions!! 💜

Some things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

As an Indian who lives in India, I can tell we that we definitely don’t use rosemary. Not for cooking, not for hair.

Were did she say that this was an Indian thing ? It's just something that helps hair growth. It definitely works. Before I managed to find a rosemary plant here in India I used to do this with dried rosemary. Been doing it for years. Works really well !

@@anshikasharma6078 i used to use this once every two weeks and my hair fall refused significantly ! In addition to that my hair became sooooo shiney ! It also helped with my scalp issues. I had a lot of dandr6amd itchy scalp issues. It really calmed my scalp down. It works so well that my mum actually went and found a rosemary plant for me to use this regularly. I used to use a dried rosemary that I bought online before this. Both work equally well in my opinion.

In India, amla (Indian gooseberry) and bringaraj (false daisy, a kind of herb) oil are actually the best and most popular oils used for hair growth. Bringaraj oil reduces inflammation and helps in vasodilation (like minoxidil) which helps the follicles with more blood circulation, in turn helping with hair growth. A good diet, exercise, sleep and hydration is also necessary to promote hair growth along with use of oils like these.

For those saying Rosemary isn't an Indian thing, well it might not be now but:- "Ayurveda also uses Rosemary essential oil for aromatherapy treatments and other that includes but is not limited to hair problems. When used as an essential oil, Rosemary is an excellent tonic for skin and hair, augments memory, fights depression, fear and fatigue, and on the whole, Ayurveda suggests it as a 'must-have' essential oil in the medicine cabinet."

Oh, the way I understood it, i thought you only had to use it like twice a week and before showering... I usually do have leftover rosemary water that I end up throwing away bc it stays too long

Since it’s anti inflammatory and brings oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles and it helps new hair grow again, can it also be used on eyelashes whose follicles don’t work anymore due to styes, while also helping the inflammation from the styes?

After using rosemary water I don't understand why my hair becomes so frizzy and it's like I've use some kind of jel like it becomes Lil hard and it looks so bad as well Can u help me with this ?

Make little. I make a few ounces for 2 to 3 days

Lasts a week in the fridge. I saw a video where they said 2 week's is fine but that doesn't sound good for me. I make mine once a week and it's still good at the end of the week.

@@vanshikaverma777 I have a rosemary plant at home now but before I got it I used to get the dried leaves in a supermarket. I'm in Bangalore and I've seen them in supermarkets here. I'm sure they will be available online as well. Having used both, I feel both work equally well. In fact I think i might even like the dried one better
