No dude, it just seems that it is God gifted but they have actually worked on their voices(he and other comedians), speaking style, the tone of the voice for the performances. Hindi mein bole tooh "unhone apni aawaj uss hisaab se dhaali hai ki wo sarcastic lage, aur ye keval lg aasaan raha hai aawaj dhaalna, but hai kathin".

I made my mom see this video because it was relatable, she laughed around in the whole video but the part where you mentioned, "parents ke according meri saari problems khatam ho jayenge agar main subah jaldi uth ke nashta kar lu", she said, "that's true, usne (referred to Abhishek sir) yahi kara hoga tab hi stage pe hai" and the conversation became a banter of how you would've completed the work jaldi uth ke and then did the stage show. 😂😂😂

What really is nice about Abhishek is he cracks relatable jokes and even more better is he doesn't humiliate his audiences unlike other comedians.
