I was busy bcs of my mum's health, but in the back of my mind I wanted to see you travelling to India 😅 finally I can see, I m crying with u.... I understand u as mum bcs mera bhi pti daughter nd me, always together wala Ghar hai, i can't go for two days even, while gng to my mum's place😅😅😅😅😅

I travelled to India from London to Mumbai in December last month I faced the same issue . Entertainment system and charging port was not working for half the flight. Last year bcoz I couldn’t get vegetarian food in BA … they starved me for entire 9 hr flight I decided to fly air India but here we have this issue . But honestly I would still say Air India is way better than BA.

The beginning of vlog was so emotional, I can feel how it hard it becomes, but be strong and your soon gonna meet abir and his dad. Airindia has become very bad with their services, they don’t check what’s working in the aircraft, and the food has become very horrible in taste, leave the food taste they don’t have basic hygiene nowadays. But anyways I hope your happy now after meeting your brother and family ❤

Air India is losing all its credibility. It's a shame. Not that it eas great earlier but it seems that now nobody cares in the company. Am not sure if you should even touch the food.

Thats typical with Air india bcoz there entertainment system NEVER works! We live in US and each time my mom in law comes from india, the entertainment system has never worked!

I recently back from India very bad experience with airindia no tv is working. Absolutely rubbish

We did travel from Air India from Canada to India in 2022 it was horrible experience. 1st Air India was delayed from 8 hours and our connection flight was missed because of that we loss the money. And in Air India entertainment system not working + seats was not reclined. Just think about it journey was 16 hours. It was horrible seriously, my kids told me mama next time don’t tell us to use India flights. And yes food was also not good at all.

Preeti, you are true that my relatives, friends travelled too. The service, entertainment tools n hygiene are below standard. A national airline run by a private company, people expect more than this condition. Hope they will take it serious in the time. Make proud of India n Indian flight. ❤
