I was not fan of Modiji but now became his die-hard fan after seeing his extraordinary, outstanding performance in Strengthening our defence forces in short period , fast implementation of Expressways/ Highways throughout India mainly Border Areas, Infra projects like DFC, Atmnirbhar bharat in defence area etc....

PM Modi has turned India’s Navy into one of the best in the world thanks to his amazing ability to foresee what needs to be done to strengthen India’s defense system and then do it without hesitation. That’s leadership at its best.

@@biondisubbaiah Sorry, I don't like telling lies like WION. I just want to make things straight. Vikrant was first designed by the French at 35,000 mt. Then the next government got the Italians to redesign it to downsize to 17,500 mt to save money. The next government made it 45,000 mt again because of China's big size aircraft carrier from Ukraine. Please note that Bhutan was Chinese Kingdom's protectorate for more than 600 years and Nepal's Gurkha Kingdom was also Chinese protectorate for more than 200 years. They were all happy with Chinese protection. Now they are fed up with Indian Hindu intimidation that even annexed Sikkim. We must wait for the reincarnation of Mahatma Gandhi if India wants to be great again. India won't be great when all those fanatic Hindus like RSS and BJP are in power.

@@user-hx6kn1xq3e India has wasted the 70 years after independence for development. To catch up, India needs to expand 5 times the power generation capacity. Now it is not possible because of the global warming concern where coal fired power stations will be severely limited. India won't have the money to build nuclear power stations. Without power, India is nothing. You just don't have the industrial experience and don't know what you are talking about. China is now 5 times bigger than India and India will never catch up.

Compared with the US and China's Navy, the Indian Navy still has much to catch up.Many vessels in the Indian Navy are out dated and should be used as home for the homeless Indians.

The cost of Indian warships is too expensive. Its latest 7,000-ton destroyer cost US$4.5 billion a ship. At this price in China, 10 destroyers of the 055 class of 13,000 tons can be built.

That's true. Look at Vikrant the aircraft carrier, 13 years late with cost overrun at 1300%. And the aircraft carrier only had the max speed of 23 knots because the wrong capacity of GE gas engines were installed. Vikrant was designed to use MIG29K which won't be available any more. A whole mess!

@Parsha Venkata Shiva sai Problem with the fanatic Hindus is their face saving minority complex. Vikrant had no bulbous bow whereas US, Russian and Chinese aircraft carriers have them. The Chinese one was even extended. That was because India can't make the special steel for that part. The installed GE gas engines was the wrong model and therefore Vikrant can never achieve 28 knot of speed for the fighter jets to take off and will sink in South China Sea when hit by the 7m wave. Then Russia won't be able to supply MIG-29 K so Vikrant will end up carry Kamov helicopters and will be used only to scare off Pakistan.
