Asfar is the winner of pepsi battle of the bands among his band called bayaan and they have put out some amazing songs before. Also Arooj aftab is twice grammy nominated artist. They both were made for this song.

The haunting seperation and the pain of breakup is perfectly depicted in the visuals, the set has the haunted vibe and the tune adds to the emotion and all of it taken to the next level by the gorgeous vocals and you start feeling every word. BTW Arooj is the only Pakistani Grammy Award nominee and most of the Pakistanis are introduced to her brilliance via CS. Unlimited talent and unlimited magic

Mehram means a person who completely knows you. The male singer Asfer Hussain, who is a lead vocalist of Bayaan Band and won Battle of the bands season 3 , is expressing his grief because he has lost his MEHRAM who may be his parents or best friend or companion.That's why he has covered every memory of his MEHRAM. The female singer Arooj Aftab , who is a ver soulful singer and is nominated for two categories at Grammy's awards this year and one of her song "mohabbat " is also included in the playlist of former president of US Burak Obama , is expressing her grief .She is telling the story of Pheasant bird who is in love with moon and want to react near it but it cannot. Very beautiful ballad in a very soothing voices.The lights , their voices , lyrics and everything in it is very poetic.

Mehram is also a father for a daughter, brother for a sister and vis versa. But here Mehram is that person who were in a relationship of husband and wife but after getting divorced, they do not belong with each other as Mehram.

Asfar is the lead vocalist of "Bayaan Band" which won the Pepsi Battle of the Bands season 03. Alse he performed in many Nescafé Basement songs as well with Xulfi. Arooj usually do the Ghazal Covers but she's nominated for the Grammy's twice this year, hopefully she win them.

Mehram is in Arabic Origin Word Which is from the Qur'an and it linguistically means blood bond or Blood Related Basically whomever you can't marry and make a bond with is called Mahram that includes your family ofcourse your uncles aunts from both parents side's the rest of the people are Called Non Mahram mean's you can Marry them and make that stranger into your Mahram sincerely the biggest Mahram (Spouse) which is the closest bond to blood, where you both breath together live together share eachother mentally and physically that's the bond that's being talked about in the song and once that Bond meaning Marriage is Annuled or divorced then that person becomes a stranger to you entirely and completely in essence becoming 'NON Mahram ' Once again! Which is what Asfar talks about. Thanks.

At 9:33 you mentioned about they were separate and then together near end, is the theme taken from folktale about Chakor (partridge bird) and bulbul (nightingale) The folktale goes like Chakor (afsar part) at night keeps staring moon and wishes to fly back one day While bulbul(arooj part) usually seen in pairs all the time, is sad because one of the spouse is no more together

What is “ mehram “ Meaning in islam for female father,brother, son and uncle are the mehram for u. Like u knw them . For male mom, sister,daughter,wife and auntie are the mehram for him . If u get marry a girl she become your mehram . . So in this song its says u are not my mehram anymore . We are drifted apart.
