@@elemar5 Oh, I don't know; from "across the pond" I heartily applaud the British realization that they've been enslaved by the same Party/Uni that has done so in the U.S. (if I'm not cryptic my posts vanish). It's amusing how those who admire collectivism sneer at the assertions of a "Deep State", while pretending that un-elected bureaucrats with no responsibility and a tidy salary wouldn't take any possible measure to ensure nobody stops their gravy train.

@@elemar5 Not really. We all knew that labour would win because of the "first past the post " system we have instead of Proportional representation. However, considering reform only had 4 weeks to prepare before the election they did great. It's obvious that both labour and the conservatives called an early election because they knew the British people were pissed off with the immigration and constant pro-Hamas marches, not to mention all the trans bullshit. I mean, Starmer couldn't even say what a woman is, and now we have this moron running our country. To be honest, I think we are on the verge of a revolution. If the government doesn't stop acting in the best interests of their already overflowing personal bank accounts and start acting in the best interests of the country the shit is going hit the fan. You can only poke a dog with a stick for so long before it attacks you.
