@KingAllan if you don't know about my culture, appearance is everything. She, according to the majority of Filipinos, doesn't fit the "beauty standard." Nevermind the fact that this woman is talented beyond my comprehension, but her appearance matters more to the Filipino masses. Sad I know, but Katrina deserves so much more than that. Another reason as to why, if you noticed from the videos you've seen of her so far, her looks has dramatically changed on each videos to conform to the society's beauty standard. I apologize for ranting but I rep my culture hard but this is one of those things I can't be proud about my people's mentality. It isn't just my culture, this is a worldwide phenomena.

🙋🏽‍♂️👑 Pinoy homie enjoying your reaction and yes we have same sentiments and we here in PH are just waiting for every opportunity to share this to the world, and here you are enjoying as well. Thanks again prof. Katrina is known for here lung power holding notes for over 10 - 20 seconds and making runs while up there hitting high notes. 😊 BTW, Katrina covered Akin ka na lang by Morisette... but not Gusto ko nang bumitaw yet... check that, she has in fact covered Gusto ko nang bumitaw, crazy although its not a full cover just snippet. I'm glad to say i'm with you prof from the beginning and im proud to be your student. 😊

"Levels! " Ed Zachary King. Ed Zachary. Think what makes Whitney songs hard to pull off, is you need loads of power, but you need even more control. Nowadays, with all the coaching available, artists have the later down for the most part, but not to the level demonstrated by Katrina. And the ones who do have the skill, normally lack the power. This lady has both, in spades. Great reaction to the beast which is Katrina Velarde. Greetings from South Africa 👏👊

Katrina is a super special artist and I'm so shocked that she's not recognised as much as she should be recognised. I fell in love with her from the moment I heard her voice, the texture in it, her arrangements are so pristine for every track she does. I'll add that to the list fam .... ❤️🥰

LOL my speaking voice is good. I used to do public speeches and readings. So, it comes naturally to me. My singing voice is ughhhhhhhh, that's why my fascination for good voices in so high. I learned about it cause of my fascination for it.
