Sura "Rum" - first four ayats where victory for the "Rum" was promised by Allah. Fourth Ayat "lillahil amroo min qabl wa mim baad" i.e. To Allah belongs command before and after. This ayat predicts two victories to Rum before and after. One victory has happened during the time of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). that was min qabl. Another has not happened yet . Other victory i.e. mim baad still has to happen. Now to understand promise of second victory you have to find out where is "Rum" now ?
