INDIAN RED LENTIL DAL CURRY
Ingredients:
Onion - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Red Lentil - 250 g
Water - 1 l
Spices:
Jeera (cumin) seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon.
Jeera (Cumin) powder - 1 tea spoon.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
Red chili powder as per taste
Hing (Asafetida) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Salt as per taste
Coriander or parsley leaves to garnish
