21:40-23:50 thank you so much mam for raising this... I have commented this POV in numerous IG memes and on YT shorts... Sad part was that no one tried to give an another POV to what NRN sir said... He didn't say to office going employees to work more hours than 9-5.. he is a founder and can give advice to become a founder only... Sher shikar karna hi sikhayega, ghass charna nahi ... If u want to be at the top u must work harder and harder.. to work smart also u have to think the smarter ways right.. that also consumes your time and energy... But people made all sorts of fun of him... Ask any youtuber how much does he work,ask anyone who have high ambitions how much time does they work... I must say people really hate NRN sir and sudha mam... And sad part is that this hate is from many northees... Here in south, i have never come across anyone who hates the couple... This is definitely kalyug... Someone who should be seen as mentor are been called with all sort of rubbish slang words.... None of the so called influencers tried giving this POV that mam u gave... Really commendable

Baat sahi hai..ghisai sahi hai..but un log jo employees hai jo 9-5 job kar k extra time bhi karte hai without any OT money. So my point Indian companies humesha employees ko underpaid salary he dete hai aur expectations bahot jyada. That was the reason narayan murthi ko backlash Mila. I am an entrepreneur and enjoy entrepreneurship. I started from scratch. After 8 years, there is still a lot of uncertainty. I still work 70 hours a week, and I started with 120 hours a week for the first 3 1/2 years. Entrepreneurship grows at a compounding rate, and its growth is not limited to finance but also includes your relationships, HR, customers, management skills, cognitive skills, and development.

Based on this podcast, I feel doing stratup is toughest. In case if anyone needs to start , they have to do early in llife so that they can bear rejections and proceed ahead
