I absolutely love the country it’s people and vibrant colors sounds and delicious foods eaten in the PROPER PLACES. So no I don’t agree with your comment. Yes. This is not pretty, but many street vendors in India(not this guy obviously) have much better standards than your average hotel /restaurant in Europe, US or Oz. If I told you stories of where tomatoes are sourced from in Melbourne, in very prominent highly rated hotels you would stop eating out.

Probabilmente a Melbourne hai visto altri indiani, in Europa non do cosa hai visto ma non credo che hai visto le stesse schifezze che vedo io nel 99% dei video indiani, se vieni nel mio paese non vedi certamente queste schifezze perché ci sono le guardie municipali che controllano l'igiene e i prodotti usati, ad esempio è vietato macellare in privato ma deve farlo il mattatoio oppure compri la carne dal macellaio perché deve essere controllata e certificata, non mi pare che sia lo stesso in India

@4:12 pour hot liquid + chemical into old plastic container? Plastics can be warped in hot liquids gives out chemicals to liquids. Wooden barrels are more safer than hazardous colored manufacturing plastic containers.
