Caitlin Clark became the first player in WNBA history to record 25+ points, 10+ assists, 5+ rebounds, 5+ steals, and 5+ three-pointers in a game. Kelsey Mitchell finished with 15 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in a 89-84 loss to the Mystics on Wednesday.

@@khareepostell1362 it takes a team and a good coach to win. Clark is the best shooter to play in the NCAA. Not only did she plough through Kelsey Plums scoring record, CC also registered 1,100 assists to Plums 500 assists. Clark knows how to win, but Christi Sides is not a coach and she’s a loser. And that a fact. Iowa playing the #2 in the country down by 2 with 1.8 seconds left in the game, what are they going to do ??? They call on the Neanderthal Slayer (Clutch Caitlin). Hull and CC got Fever within 3pts and Sides calls a timeout and draw up a play for 0-8 Smith to close out the game as usual and it’s another loss. SMH always a momentum killer when you call a timeout

if there was injuried that would had to change the lineup , but non . one game , Sides showed Smith and Lexie no trust ! by inserted Wallace for Lexie even in short time , it hurt the team and it hurt Wallace too , she might had go oversea to find her next team by the end of this season .

How to sabatoge Clatin Clark and the Fever team. Coaching moves: • Constantly change the lineup. • Allow opposition scoring runs without calling time outs. • Call timeouts to break Fever momentum. • Bench your star player when she gets hot. • Don't prep team coming off big wins. • Take the ball out of your star player's hands in the cluch. • Let basic team skills languish with no development coaching. • Be active to appear to coach, but don't actually coach. • Play marginal players to allow opponents to catch up/ take the lead. • Stick with game plan that doesn't. • Don't go back to game plans that have worked.

I could not agree more with you and I agree with the person who said sides is terrible. I knew Seeing the starting lineup, And I’m like what? Where is the same starters that beat the best team the New York liberty in the prior game? And in the first 15 minutes of this game, You could easily see if they were not in sync, They were not connected, balls were being dropped. Balls were being missed, the players did not have the same enthusiasm, and although the Mystic’s are not a great winning team they’re playing good and they came ready to play. Christie sides needs to be fired. No other coach in the WNBA continues to change your starting lineup when somethings working the only time you make a change is when you need to improve on some thing I’ve had it with this coach way beyond.

I could not agree more with you. This coach is a ridiculous joke. It is sabotaging a team That has a great tremendous amount of talent on it, and it’s not being utilized, If this team had an actual coach with knowledge, they could far and above exceed expectations.

Horrible coaching again. Why would any coach call a time out and kill their own team scoring run and not call a time out when the other team is on a scoring run? Why would any coach not know what team lineup works after 20+ games played? Coach Christie Sides You Are Fired...!

The only positive from this match was that in the 4th quarter CC got angry and started playing her own way, i.e. more often "selfishly". Only thanks to this, the defeat of over 20 points turned into a fight for a few points. Keep it up, just a little earlier. And today's match was ruined by Boston and Mitchell, who had a very bad day.

Starting Lexie Hull and benching a player who has had 3 straight double doubles makes great sense to you Coach Sides? It ruined the flow of the offense from the beginning! Why in the hell is it so hard for you to establish everyone’s role on the team.. 24 games into a season and you are still tampering with the lineup and rotations 😂 this is coaching malpractice

Sky experimented with new lineups as well. When you in the 7th 8th playoff spots. You have to. Mercury really experimenting too, because they have to. Only Liberty Sun have the luxury of keeping the same sets.

Unlike others saying you have to experiment in your comment section I call bull 🐂💩! They had a winning lineup and Once you establish your winning lineup you stick to a game winning lineup!!!! Unless you're way ahead or U need to give players breathers on the bench or U have njuries and then you substitute other players. So BreezyBreeze I agree 💯 with you COACH CHRISTIE SIDES & LYNN DUNN BOTH NEED TO BE RELIEVED OF THEIR DUTIES !!!

It just wasnt the fevers day. There was a couple of great defensive plays and the ball bounced back to mystics players for a basket and Boston’s 5th foul. Also, Kelsey didn’t have a good shooting day along with 20 turnovers by team. Great comeback attempt tho and you learn from it and move on…unreal stat line by CC that has never been accomplished in NBA a or WNBA history with 29 pts, 13 assists, 5 rebounds, 5 steals, 5 3pters , 3 blocks…..she is so much fun to watch !!!

Beat the best team in the league then change your starting line up removing the player with the highest plus minus of plus 22 a game you won by 5. This caused AB to be in foul trouble and smith and the team to have no rhythm. Lexie should've been playing more & starting took you guys so long and after the past few games should be closing without a doubt unless somebody like KLS is playing well. These are the 6 players if NS or AB get in foul trouble then you put in DD or TF. Keep CC KM LH & kLS rotating 3 of the 4 for the perimeter. This should be the rotation. KW been demoted that's why she didn't play well. only if you're playing well & winning by a huge margin late in the game because your team is young you put her in for a defensive assignment to regain confidence. EW only late in a game with a huge margin to slow down the game because she will pick up fouls late and slow the game.

two possession game..poor poor play drawn up and execution..please.watch the last 16 secs ....fade screen opposite for Clark , down screen for Mitchell, hero ball LOUSY play, should have been a FADE SCREEN THEN RESCREEN for CC BC THEY GO OVER ..or at least a quick two to the rim looking for and 1 by Mitchell ...had 16 secs....Sides falls shorts and yes I ve coached...Coach has never been in these situations she falls short again ...also defense looked like they had never watched video on Mystic Offense totally unprepared ... Rewatch it and look at CC face in the huddle on last play..She s a helluva player for sure and I enjoy watching her.....Im a new WNBA fan btw after seeing CC in NCAA.. Sides is good for a losing team like Wheeler is a good point guard for a losing team..still hope for playoffs

Sooo..., the team that (ahem) "beat" the *best* team in the league, The Liberty, couldn't -- with 3 days off to rest, & playing at home -- couldn't beat the *bottom ranked* team in the East!...: the *Mystics* ! Hahaha!!... The *Mystics* won the 1st, 2nd, *&* 3rd qtrs!!... It was Mystics *26-17* end of the 1st qtr..., *51-37* by halftime...; & **76-55** at the end of the 3rd qtr!!...: a *21* point lead! With the *Mystics* having a maximum **22** point lead!! The score was still wide the 1st half of the 4th qtr, so I guess the ending score was closer because the Mystics gave their benchies some time, but had to throw the starters back in when the benchies weren't quite ready for 'the *stearing* wheel' all the rest of the way. I like it when the *Mystics* let the Fever *think* the Fever jussst mighhht win..., but like Lucy with Charlie Brown, the Mystics snatched the ball completely away at the last second!... Hahaha!!... Maybe it was also the Fever's *23* TO's!!... In *10* minute quarters!! And *ddayyumn* ...!!: the Fever *starters* made *15* of the Fever's *23* TO's!!... That's *23* times when the Fever *had* the ball, & suddenly it was *ggonne* & headed *the other way(!!)* with a Mystics player!! So what?: "The Grate Whyte HYPE" had 29 points... She *shud* be able to score 29 points against the *Mystics* . But I see the refs are letting her *blatantly push-off* defenders for step-back 3's like her glory days back in Iowa! Even the female announcer was surprised at the first one. Otherwise she wud at most have *23* points. But, a *Mystics* player, Ariel Atkins (at only 5'10") had *26* points (only 3 less than The GWHype!) -- and 2 *other* Mystics starters *annnd* 2 Mystics benchies were in *double figures* too!!... Ohhh I know that Mystics victory musta been *sweeet* ... -- against the team that (ahem) "beat" The Liberty!!... *GO MYSTICS* !!...

Not her fault the coach takes a winning lineup and benches them ! One player can't win games all by themselves it takes a great team but a bad coach can throw a game and ruin a winning team ! Coach Sides is the problem here and everyone sees it and knows it ! She benched a lot of good starting players in this game that normally they been winning with. #FireSides

Fever sucked the entire 1st quarter. Not just coach but terrible plays.
