This fruit is good for per diabetics people, 1/2 cup per day after meal (max) On consumption it has been proved the sugar level goes up slightly in 1 hour and sugar level tested after 4 hours onwards showed declining blood sugar ( sugar level drops under the sugar level taken before consumption).
