It's an absolute joy to watch this person's videos ... and so humbled learn that the shop's name is Maa Tara ... Joy Maa Tara!! I will gladly watch a video of this guy even if there's one every week. He's so self-motivated he should try doing motivational talks as a side hustle :) Glad to see the next generation is also being involved. Why doesn't he have one of those 24 hr live video feed channels or something like that? I'm sure folks would like to see something like that. Anyways, thanks so much for visiting him again. Bengalis eat more veg and has more variety of veg dishes than people of any other part of India does. You can make about 10 different preparations from a single plantain/banana tree itself.

Here plate starts 42. If i take avg plate order 70rs . 1000*70=70k inr per day sale. Monthly =21 lakh. Considering 30% min profit margin then per month owner is earning close to 6.3 lakh inr.And best part is 0% tax

It's fascinating how they have set up their kitchen in the middle of a foot path and operating from there. Looks very delicious but I doubt the vehicle passing from their roadside kitchen is leaving lots of pollution and it may directly mixed up with the food but if people Don't have any problem with that then its fine. But in india we have seen many such food vendors not keeping hygiene and standard its throw bad impression to outsider
