I have been putting my opinion about Tandoori chicken for almost like years and years. But this gentleman and whatever he said about Tandoori chicken is the master line of Tandoori chicken. Because Tandoori chicken is dry & healthy form of food. Putting butter or Chutney or any sauce or ghee is not the way of making Tandoori. The tandoor i see in this video is the worlds perfect Tandoori chicken I have ever seen. I live in Mumbai and yes I have decided to fly to Amritsar to experience this ultimate Tandoori chicken. I would like to thank the video maker for bringing this amazing restaurant to our notice. Thank you very much and very delicious Tandoori chicken.

Only Indians use lots of butter in every dish. Butter or lots of oil is never used in BBQ chicken, beef, mutton and pork in the rest of the world.

Fish is keep after applying little salt for 24 hours in fridge... that removes its water 💧.... and thus its flaky and no off smell.... baki sara kaam Ajwain ka hai... ☺ ... but chicken tandoori is really a GEM 👍 Chance to nahi... but kabhi aana hua to Zaroor jaunga... waha... BTW... Address accurate dala hai na bro.... 🤔 kai vloggers ulta seedha kuch bhi address daal diya karte hain...
