🔥 *Guys debate is still on and Supreme Court in many of it's judgements held that "KISSING" is not an obscene act and society is dynamic and law must adapt changes.* 🔥 ♥️ *But still there is no uniform law and IPC* *section 294 is itself confusing because* *one act is obscene for 1 person but not for* *other. And section 294 has not defined* *OBSCENE acts.* *Thus, article 19(1)(a) gives freedom of* *speech and expression but still it* *contravene by section 294 of IPC.* ♥️

Yes, me and my girlfriend always book corner seat and take care if anyone's watching. Problem is my girlfriend does not care she closes her eyes. But I have to be careful. I keep my senses and eyes alert. Because of that i am not able to concentrate on kiss. And if theatres have cameras then it's so risky.

And if there are, they just ignore couples because the majority business is brought by couples. Now if you follow above things just book corner seat and you are ready to go. If theatre is empty you can always switch between seats. Happy kissing 👍

No theatre owner ever dare to do that because 90% of revenue comes from couple's If even a single couple is caught and kicked then not even a dog will step on that hall I have never heard so far that owner caught anyone Yes there is night vision camera installed in hall but it's just for security purposes which is hardly shared with third party.

Hum toh theater khali hone se hi jata hain.. movie realease hone ka last week me jao dekhne.. ticket costly wala lo.. yhh thoda mahenga padega but u will get privacy kyuki jyada log nahi hote tab or to or last seats ya recliners khali bhi hosakta hain.. so enjoy with ur partner.. hum toh aisa hi karta hain.
