Some organizations deducting both Employee part & Employer part from Employee's salary itself... NO STRONG LAW or MONITORING SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE... Even if it is available - Don't know Awareness so far...

I don't think, employer contribution is deducted from salary, it's purely company contribution, can you double-check this.

Your new employer can add Aadhaar with the UAN and all the approval powers will be granted to the new employer. So no issues if you join a new company with same UAN number..
