hello kowshik sir, i am phanikumar reddy. i had cibil report issue someone taken loans on my pan card. but in Experian cibil name, date of birth, phone number, email and address is showing his details for some accounts and for remaining my details are showing for remaining accounts. He takes nearly 40 loans in it 30 is closed and 10 were opened since 1 and half year. The cibil score is going done. Hi Sir, I'm looking for info on NRE/NRO account. I stayed in germany from 2015 Dec to 2021 Dec and have some savings from salary in foreign bank account. It's a legal taxed salary income. Now I moved to India in Dec 2021, and staying here since then which makes me non NRI Now. My question is, can I transfer my savings I'm foreign bank to my Indian bank resident account? Will there be any limit on the amount we transfer and will there be any tax implications on this amount? And what will be the best way to transfer the funds to my Indian account. Can you please help with info on this, as nobody either from bank or tax consultant is giving me proper information on this. Thank you
