INGREDIENTS:
Milk
15 Day Cream
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
பால்
15 நாள் கிரீம்
RECIPE:
In a pan, boil milk. When it starts boiling, switch off the flame. let it cool. Separate the Cream from Milk. In this way, collect Milk Cream in a box for 15 days. Keep it in freezer. After 15 days grind the Milk Cream with cold water. Butter will seperate from cream. Take a big bowl, put cold Water in it & place butter. wash well. In this way, Butter Milk will get ready.For Ghee, take a pan, put Butter & cook it on low to medium flame. Then filter it with the strainer. In this way Ghee will get ready easily at home.

கடையில் வாங்குவதை தவிர்த்து இதுபோல் நாம் வீட்டிலேயே செய்து சாப்பிடுவது உடம்புக்கு மிகவும் நல்லது .வீட்டில் செய்வது கலப்படமில்லாமல் இருக்கும் .

More than two years I'm doing this.. Till now I dint get ghee from shop.. I usually collect 2weeks of milk skin(paal aadai) and I will get 350 gms of ghee. Per month I will get 700 to 800 gms of ghee.. 👍👍

Akka antha paal adaiya direct ah kadai la pottalum namaku nei kidaikum. Itha oru thadava senju parunga itha seiya konja neram tha aagum. nanga apdi tha edupom v2la adai ellla tappa la store panni nei kachurathuku 4 hours munnadi eduthu veliya vachu apdiye kadaila potruvom apo apo light ah kindi viduvom konja neram kaluchu nei thaniya panner thaniya vanthurum but panner tha golden brown colour la irukum atha sugar add panni sapta super ah irukum. Mixi la araika venam, pathiramum veenagathu,time save aagum .

If you add curd you can see the difference. Without curd ghee will not give good smell after 1 or 2 weeks. But if you add curd it will give good smell till the last drop.

The liquid we get frm making butter is the orignal butter milk. The Siddha and Ayurvedic drs. recommend this for cooling the body and other medicinal qualities. Diluted curd is generally called butterfly milk and it is not good. Curd is a heat giving element in Indian medication eventhough it feels cool!

Add a bit of curd while you collect malai on day1. Like how we so it to prepare curd. Daily you have to add the malai and mix it well with the previous day's malai and keep out of fridge for couple of hours. When you take the butter on day 15, that remaining water separates from butter turns into buttermilk. No need to waste that water. You can drink that as buttermilk.

Same enga vtla um fridge ila...so nanga kutty manpanayila water fill pani adhukula oru box la adai ah potu curd light ah potu mix pani vechiruven ..cap ah full ah close panama light ah close pananum..daily ipdi mix pani pani vita 1 month varai nala irukum...aprm ghee panalam...it will workout...😊

Sis by following this method my butter came perfectly 👌.but my mixer jar rubber became loose day by day 😔.so I bought hand blender this time and made butter..but the thing is that, the quantity was not UpTo the mixer jar..Soo much disappointed dear😞..can you give any solutions pls🤔...

Hi Sree, I faced this same issue too. Try taking the paaladai from the freezer just 1 hr before you start preparing. Don't keep it overnight in the fridge.
