இன்று இந்திய ரெசிபி தமிழில் கிரீமி தயிர் கொண்டு வந்துள்ளோம். ஹோட்டல் போன்ற கெட்டியான தயிர் வீட்டிலேயே செய்ய எளிதான வழி. உரை மோர் இல்லாமல் கிரீமி தயிர் செய்வது எப்படி? இந்தியன் ரெசிபிகள் தமிழ் தயிர் செய்முறையை கண்டிப்பாக பார்க்கவும். கிரீம் தயிர் செய்முறை | ஹோட்டல் ஸ்டைல் ​​தயிர் செய்ய எளிதான செய்முறை. பால் வைத்து கெட்டியான தயிர்/இனிப்பு தயிர் செய்ய எளிதான வழி. வீட்டில் கெட்டி தயிர் செய்முறையைப் பகிரவும். இந்திய ரெசிபி தமிழ் | அபியின் செய்முறை
INGREDIENTS:
1 Litre Milk
2 Ts Curd
2 Red Chilli
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1 லிட்டர் பால்
2 Ts தயிர்
2 சிவப்பு மிளகாய்
RECIPE:
Boil milk and take 2 Cup milk in a bowl. And take 1 cup of milk in another bowl. Add 2 ts curd in 2 Cup milk, mix well and keep aside for 4 hours. Add dry red chilli in 1 cup milk and keep aside for 6 hours. Tasty creamy curd is ready with and without curd.
செய்முறை:
பாலை கொதிக்க வைத்து ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் 2 கப் பாலை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும். மற்றொரு பாத்திரத்தில் 1 கப் பாலை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும். 2 கப் பாலில் 2 டம்ளர் தயிர் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலந்து 4 மணி நேரம் தனியாக வைக்கவும். 1 கப் பாலில் காய்ந்த மிளகாயை சேர்த்து 6 மணி நேரம் தனியாக வைக்கவும். தயிருடன் மற்றும் இல்லாமல் சுவையான கிரீம் தயிர் தயார்.

I tried this method with 2 green chilli with kaambu and 2 dry chilli without kaambu.Really turn in to thick curd.very happy to see this

Earlier I got curd in watery condition and disappointed because I cooled the milk only for fifteen minutes only. I cooled the boiled milk for thirty minutes.Yesterday I got the curd in thicker condition succesfully. Mixed the yogurt with luke warm milk. Thank you sis

Milk -> heat -> add starter curd in mild hot condition or buttermilk or lemon juice Set for 8+ hours -> churn the thick curd with the wood churner for 20 minutes or less, add water 1:3 or 1:4 100ml curd:300ml water, step by step add 100ml water curn for 2 minutes then add water curn, then add water churn each time 100ml water. -> finally the butter will separate from the curd, remove the butter, the rest is buttermilk.😊 Add some ginger, cumin + Coriander leaves + Mint + black pepper. Enjoy refreshing energetic buttermilk 😊😊😊 No chilli or onion or tomato or potato it will make poison or crazy.
