Lovely mami...i am getting memories of my amma who is now no more...she was expert in pal payasam...she always puts rice...oru 7.5 litre or 10 litre cooker paathrathula minimum 2 or 3 litre milk pottu she will make it for almost 2 hours...yearly...she makes it 3 or 4 times a year...as mami told...she will keep it as first item in one of the burner and do all the other items...infact my perimma was also expert in pal payasam.... Once payasam is ready, she will transfer the payasam to seperate paathiram and give the cooker base to my brother...thick layer of milk would be there in cooker inner side...my brother used to scratch that and eat...avalo tasta irukum.... Miss my mom...
