Congress Moves Adjournment Motion To Debate New Criminal Laws | India Today

Three new criminal laws, replacing the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Indian Evidence Act from the British era, and the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), will come into force from today, i.e., July 1, 2024.
The three new criminal laws are- Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.
The Bharatiya Sakshya Sanhita, 2023, The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Bill, 2023, and The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 were passed by Parliament on December 21 last year.

Do be a fool . first when this bill was passed total 146 mps were suspended inorder to avoid discussion. Still opposition made press conference and alerted media avoided it. No govt in the world will stand with people either bjp or congress only opposition always rise the issue of people.

Congress wants to derail parliment. New laws are passed in parliment. No debate in passed law. Congress can’t understand parliment procedures.

Beain less cutlets. Laws aporoved by her excellency President of India, need not/ can not be reopened, w/o majority of MPs, decides to pass an amendment/ withdraw it. Therefore, Congress should 1st plan to come to power, than " ridding on the neck" of party, which passed the law, with absolute majority. Wasting time of parliament
