Indigo has one of the best staff and crew. They prioritize on time boarding and de-boarding and are very strict with rules.

Some of u who complains tat indigo do not provide food is bcoz its a low cost airline , 1st u chose to fly in low cost which u paid less whereas other airlines u pay ticket mre so food is included..Indigo provides opportunity to all ,no matter ur high profile passenger or not ,it meets the dreams n aspirations to fly to ur destinations on time n safe .

I travelled by air for the first time in my life, and it was with indiGo. Service was excellent. Only that I advise is to avoid rice and other items that need boiling and cooking. Instead go for sandwich, fruit juice tetrapack, cookies, chapati, etc.
