i'm dentistry student and madibular block always tricks me,i didnt knw that we should always feel the bone while navigating i thought just insert from adjacent canine side reach ramus then navigate to the other canine and in many cases it doesnt work thank you that was so helpfull

Too complicated. You're making it difficult and I'm sure, from my vast experience, this technique will be less than successful. Bend the needle? What's your degree in? Veterinary medicine?
