Thanks for this vid Steve! Any thoughts on topical administration for Copper Peptide GHK-Cu? I've seen it formulated and marketed to improve scalp health for hair loss prevention but still searching for info. Thanks!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, your content is extremely underrated. A lot of “big” names in the PED world make generic statements regarding exogenous hormone use that’s borderline reckless. You however, discuss the nuances and individual responses people may experience and always caution people to be smart about their PED use. Much respect!

The update is documented in the Site Enhancement video, that's the only real useful application for GHK-Cu. I didn't get less grey hairs and didn't notice any skin improvement beyond the Gamma-Linolenic Acid, Injectable Glutathione, Collagen Supplementation, and overall healthy diet that I'm following.

Adding dietary copper intake to that injected with GHK copper... dietary copper limit at 10 mg/d. Injected copper from GHK-Cu may act differently compared to dietary copper intake. The 10 mg/d limit was specific to dietary copper.

Iirc in a rat study administering GHK-Cu 10x per day reduced the necessary daily dose by 100x compared to once per day. As it is a small peptide it should be easily absorbed via intranasal administration, so it could be worth creating a nasal spray and using it throughout the day to reduce copper intake (or injecting it 10x per day if that’s feasible).
@VigorousSteve
@VigorousSteve 3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I read about the micro-administrations, although it's highly impractical, similar to 20mcg Kisspeptin-10 every 2 hours. A nasal spray of GHK-Cu, K-10 or a Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Receptor agonist would be beneficial. I was thinking about making a K-10 spray myself tbh :D

Awesome video,but why does GHK-CU seems to good to be true? at 1MG (low dose) you see skin tightening,and nagging injury dissapearing? I guess small tendonitis/strain/bursitis? So at 3-5mg we can have 300-500% of this effect with very minimal or no whatsoever side effects? This sounds way to good to not have any drawbacks and risks. Hell...even with side effects/risks its still way to good to be true.
@VigorousSteve
@VigorousSteve 3 жыл бұрын
Yeah it was a small injury on my left knee which plays up with weekly squatting. Seems to be gone now, but it might return. I'm not saying that 2-5mg GHK-Cu has 200-500% the effect over 1mg, I'm saying I'm trying to figure out the dose where I notice an accelerated rate of collagen synthesis in the skin, tendons & hair, without causing sides besides the PIP. So far so good at 5mg, maybe I won't even need to bump it to 10mg.

@@VigorousSteve I ran 12.5 mg ghk.cu for 3 months with no sides. However, after 3 months I felt I needed a break as that dose started to feel high through body messages. I noticed hair color enrichment, more hair and glowing skin and a strong anti- inflammatory effect. I now run 2.5 mg for a much longer period of time after a 6 month break. I dont have much injection site disconfort with this batch. I do notice clamness after enjection and enhanced well being instantly at 10mg. I'll do that if I feel im getting sick or got injured for a few days.

Yes, it was way too long, but that was because you were conversational. Still, the information was useful. Have anyone entertained the idea that the Kisspeptin 10 might require a jump-start to get working? The fact that some got results from higher dose would lead to that conclusion.

I think you should stop at whatever makes you feel like crap or screws up your lab work. I want to feel good and for me that's at a multiple ccompound TRT dose that many consider a "perma-cycle". My labs are great and I have no intention of ever stopping. People say I'm definitely going to die much younger than I would otherwise but I guess I won't be to upset if that's true because I'll be dead. For example, I haven't tried tren because from the sounds of things it makes most people feel like crap so why would I do that?

Sadly, with Factor V Leiden and Prothrombin, I'm never going to touch anabolics again. Everyone should do a 23andme test to see if they have a blood clotting risk factor. I wish there were performance enhancing drugs that didn't increase the risk of blood clots.
