Fun fact in 70 to 80 era of olympic badminton was already Matched at olympic but at that time badminton was only an exhibition sport not official sport of olympic so if you win then its not count, and at that time our shuttler Christian Hadianata already Made a Champion title there but like i said before it was not counted because before 1992 olympic badminton is just an olympic exhibition sport not official sport

With Greysia/Apriyani winning Gold, we have succesfully won gold in all 5 of Badminton events in Olympics. 1 Women's Singles 2 Men's Singles 3 Men's Doubles (thx 4 correction) 1 Mixed Doubles 1 Women's Doubles Proud.

Wow Susi Susanti will always be a legendary badminton player who won the first ever gold medal for Indonesia, and as (so far) the only WS who ever won Olympics gold. Truly legendary!!

It's Intresting how a country largely of Muslim population has no muslim female badminton player. Sad state of affairs. Both Susi Susanti and Lliyana Natsir are Christan. Christans female players from Indonesia are superb. Btw came only for Susi Susanti.

Honorable mention: Nurfitriyana Saiman, Kusuma Whardani and Lilies Handayani took silver in archery from women team at 1988 Olympic. It was the 1st medal Indonesia had at Olympics.

Great! I also noticed that. Mbak Susi our legend was really confident that time, and this was shown clearly when she walked gracefully to shake her opponent's hand. Proud of her.

Make the WeightLifting🏋♂ Sport Version as well for Indonesian 🇮🇩 .For Spesific ,Eko Yuli Irawan had made 3 Consecutive Medal in WeightLifting 🏋♀ Olympics Beijing 2008 Bronze at -56kg Class ,Bronze at London 2012 and Silver in Rio 2016 at -62kg Category .And Now Olympics Tokyo 2020/21 ,He still have Huge Chance to Win at Least Silver / Gold Medal in New Men's -61kg Class in Age 32 👍

i remember her since when i was a little. she is both strong (mentally and physically) and she's the one that enlighten me women can be so powerful. indirectly made me realize that women may indeed more powerful than men: throughout their life they must experience monthly menstruation syndrome, giving birth, even when all that stops they still have to endure menopause side effect. just wow.

Mheexed UP i mean, there are also people who said their screen writer must have done their research on badminton, that’s why they said Indonesian should not be mad about it and that Indonesians are overly proud about this thing. Athletes here were so much pressure yet the lack of "support", both financial and mental healthness. But we're so grateful because Badminton and some Olympics sport in Indonesia are supported. ☺️
