Как был малой лет 6 но помню хорошо,батя учил на чёрном море крабов красняков ловить...,поймал ,поклали в обычный пакет,тот ес-нно начал пускать пузыри и много через время,без воды ест-нно он...,стало жалко ,мы его и отпустили аккуратно в море :) но сейчас я крабов люблю:)

My mother first breaks the legs, claws of crab. Only legs, claws, body is used for cooking. The upper shell is throw away. Then we thoroughly clean with water and then legs are put in grinder. And using this, curry(not thick) is made with pepper, spices, etc and in that claws and body is added. We eat it with rice and the curry is good for health especially during rainy and winter season. U can search the recipe "konkani crab"

@@user-ou3ht3fp5f я такую хрень не ем, и не хожу по мак дональсам и хачапури, где видел ножом для порезки хачапури, эти, ты понял, пятки чистят ножом, а потом им режут хачапури для словян, я готовлю всё сам, и продукты выбираю тоже сам, образование высшее, товаровед.

Нееет! Краба нельзя 'разбавлять' разными специями: водой и соль! И ВСЁ! И варить только до тех пор, пока не покраснеет. Любой морепродукт не любит долгой термообработки: становится 'деревяным' и невкусным...
