Its not tongue twister because it doesnt have a different pronunciation like "She sells seashells by the seashore.". Our tongue would probably stay down at the the bottom when pronouncing that Saying "ko ku ki ke ka" doesnt move our tongue

saya = I / me. If it comes after a noun it becomes possessive adj, e.g. kakak = "older sibling", then "kakak saya" = "my older sibling". Instead of "kakak saya" you can also use "kakakku", but the former is more formal.
