After signing the lease to our new facility at the end of June, we gave ourselves 3 months to completely renovate the existing space. A lot of work went into transforming this space into our dream facility. Check out the complete 3 month transformation from start to finish.

Dear friend, your advice at the end of the video is impressively real and true. My wife and I have opened sports complexes with a lot of heart and all our savings and it seems a lie but our closest friends never congratulated us, rather they told us not to do it, you are not going to achieve it, seeing you say those things gives us more strength to continue. Great video and great information. We are looking to create a high level baseball studio training facility that caters to active pro, college and elite, draftable players. Don't need a lot of space. Don't have to have tons of creature comforts. The basics will work. Want to keep it small. Your "800 square foot facility" caught my ear and I was wondering if you have any images, video on that space you could share. Thanks!
