@Jamison Wallace, I wouldn't call using Rollkur "figuring out the Quarter Horse thing." It's not natural for a horse to bend his head into his chest. The Dutch riders are *well-known* for using Rollkur in training. The FEI banned it, but they don't always enforce it, which basically makes the ban useless.
