Amazing! Doesn’t even look like he’s at his full potential too. Imagine if this dude trained for a year or two for rowing and this distance. Could definitely crack 1:12 I think.

No dude, it is physics too. This guy has the shape needed. He can fully use his length. His hands go totally till the bottom and his ass till the end.

This is maqbool ali, asain champion. He is tall and very strong. In this video, he is not at his full potential. I had chance to train with him, when i was in national team of pakistan. Yes, could be close to 7'. He uses the full length of the monorail and his legs are not even completely extended.
