This video will show you how to use bluetooth to connect your heart rate monitor, ErgZone, ErgData, and Rowed to Fitness apps to the Concept2 PM5 performance monitor. In this video, over 50 3x World Indoor Rowing Champion, Steve Tague, explains how to connect to the Concept2 RowErg. The process can be used in the same way with the SkiErg or BikeErg, as well. Yes, you can connect your Whoop band or most other bluetooth enabled heart rate monitors.
