4:38 does not make any sense. I think the answer should be bottom left and top right for dot dot square and dot dot triangle. Or top left and bottom right, for the 4 dots on the bottom.

Yes you are correct. That was showing the real test as example. All marked answers Need not to be correct !

All !! It is 3 wrong out of 20 maybe ! Have you even seen the video ? Answers at 7:00 and 7:20 and very last one(which has not attempted) were wrong.. We all know that we came here to see how the questions looks before our exams, so we should be thanking him to provide the real question patterns
