i live in australia and i’m pretty sure it’s the same here but i’m not 100% sure bc i remember my year 2 teacher saying something about it but i wasn’t really listening so - 😳

Maria Esther Rivas yes it is a thing in most states in the USA. This is from a kid who’s parents build houses and apartments. there is Strict code but people can get around it by calling it an office or something.

Love this! Love how you got right into it and weren't overly chatty like most of them are. Some are more about themselves than the decor...so annoyingly narcissistic. We got an overview (thanks for the ideas) without taking us excruciatingly through each of your items, like most do. Thanks for giving without eating up alot of my time.

I love how you used the grate for your entry area. So unique and great for storage. Perfect idea. Also loving all the plants and pops of copper accessories in the kitchen. So beautiful.

Just one (little) "problem", I think that the music in the backround is too loud (maybe a calm music will be better ?) and I cant really hear you but except that I love the way you did this tour ! The first bathroom…underneath that mirror needs a wooden wall...get used pallets to make a wooden wall.. can do your front door too.. too much blank space.. needs some more decorative details going up the walls.. getting your eye to look up! Can use a blank wall as a Miral painting that puts your creative art design to create interest.. Nice start!
