Agustin is a guy whose age range is concidental with th e massive boom of dvd player and movies which some of them wasn't translated in spanish but with subtitle so in a certain way we are used to the sound and the meanings of the words english language even if we don't speak them often.... If you want to be more proficient in spanish I suggest you to watch a movie in spanish with english subtitles, much of the people in Latin America have learned english in this way

@@jcoast1 that's also the main difference between latin americans and spanish people. In spain everything is dubbed in spanish, in latin america movies usually aren't. So us latin americans get a sense of the language even if we don't want to.

here in argentina ,we have english in school since we are kids,but most of us only use the languaje in school only ,and like the others said,here ,most movies or tv series are not subbed,so you get used to the languaje also,he is a gifted dude for sure ,not only learning how to speak english but driving a formula car for the first time and be average in the races is from another planet, here he always drove touring cars ,front and rear wheel drive but never a formula

Most accidents happens in Turn 2 because a difference on the floor caused by the tunnel where the crew enter the garages , what an interesting fact!

I know, I'm from Argentina living in the US for over 40 years and I know how hard it gets to learn it. Of course having a hot teacher would've helped 😂

For the english folks, Agustín says "o sae" @5:15 which is the spanish word (in this context) for "I mean".

I'm so glad to see him doing well. I'm a BTCC fan first, so I always like seeing touring car drivers performing in other disciplines. When I saw how well he did in the DPi when he had never driven a downforce car before, I knew he had to be good.

Excelente Canapino , sabe muchisimo de alineacion del car de competicion . Su papa era uno de los mejores constructores de competicion de Argentina

I think Marshall is slowly starting to get some support from the big boys at IndyCar, his media is world's best imo and they need much more general media reach as this series is developing, hats off also to Agustin, media friendly and a big developing talent.

Your knowledge regarding the engineering and physics of IndyCar Racing is fantastic, only to be outdone by your knowledge of what makes a Professional Racing Driver tick. You always ask the right questions and you continually show the drivers, especially the guys who happen to be experienced in other disciplines but very new to the whole open wheel game, nothing but respect all while imparting your racing knowledge not only to them but to viewers like myself. Watching these videos of yours is the best way I know to start getting "amped up" for my favorite time of the year. That is, of course, The Indianapolis 500 and everything that goes with it. To be sure, I do wish that Seb Bourdais "French Fry" was still in the series as the two of you had great chemistry together and, for sure, we ALL miss Robin so very dearly but you, sir are the glue which continues to hold this video series together. like they say, agustin is the fastest engineer in the world ,his father was one of the best if not the best,chasis constructor in argentina ,he is an amazing driver,im sure he wil have great races in the future,if the pace improves the way his english is improving,he is going to be really good, vamos canapa!!!!!!

Great interview MP..!!!! Sigo la CART desde 1992 y la INDY500 desde 1995.... soy un fan enfermo de la INDY500 y me emociona que haya un Argentino en la Indy500.. Lastimosamente Fontana ni Mazzacane ni otro Argentino pudieron correr Indy500 porque fue la época de la división del open wheel en USA e Indy500 no era parte más de la CART Ansioso llegue Mayo para alentar desde Paraguay🇵🇾 a Agustín Se siente a flor de piel las emociones y como lo vive Fuerza Titan🇦🇷💪...!!!!

No puedo terminar las notas de este pibe, se me llenan los ojos de lágrimas. Todos los que seguimos la carrera de Fontanita en Indy, el palo en Nazaret, el palo en al final de la recta de Long Beach pasando a Serbia y Kurosawa y la bomba final en Motegui que lo levantó y lo pasaron 2 autos por abajo, sabemos de la competitividad y el riesgo que conlleva esta categoría. Qué orgullo por Dios!!! argentinos tan inteligentes como Canapino y Juncos !!!!!!

Was he not allowed to practice more thurs. or the team concentrated on Illot's car and decided not to let Canapino practice more?

Because Augustin is a rookie at Indianapolis, he and other rookies had to go through a rookie orientation test first, which took half the day on Thursday. So when he passed his test, he didn't have much time on thursday to run with the veterans. Also it was unfortunate that it rained on friday. Illot already has experience at the 500.

It'd be unrealistic to expect him to be fighting for the lead. However, it's also disappointing that he doesn't seem to be progressing from the start of the season. For what is worth, he might have regressed a little; at Barber and the Indy road course, he was comfortably dead last.
