I love skating, I'm doing 2-4 hrs a day and improving everyday. Rollerskating is mainly done in rinks here full of kids (who can normally skate better than me), which is real fun. But as I'm not quite there yet with skating backwards (I've been doing it for only a month) so I can't go on ramps, so I skate on the street a lot, which I found surprisingly hard. I haven't even seen ONE single person on the streets on skates. I keep trying to bully my mates into it but I'm a 39 yr old man and my mates wimp out of it cos they are scared of hurting themselves (that's the funniest part!). I'm going to the rink (that's about 60 miles away) for lessons tomorrow so can make lots of friends there. Could you make a video about skating laws in the U.S. (maybe bring in a man like the Ian Corzine!), cos in the U.K. they are just weird and illogical but give you more rights than any vehicles including bikes, plus I have yet to go into a shop that has a problem with me on skates interestingly. And finally, Indy, where do you get the suede toe guards that you wear on your right foot? And finally, finally, thank you for your videos that got me on skates and then taught me everything I know : ) : )

Roller skating is a big part of a lot of kids where I live. There’s literally nothing to do here, so everyone gets together and goes skating. It’s always a blast, this Friday in getting a group of my friends together. It’ll be so much fun!
