I feel it’s unlikely but I know sucker punch loves infamous. They struggle to make the selling point but as long as they take infamous second son fun gameplay and just add a wide variety of things to do in the world. Maybe even a smaller world, I believe they could very well make a heavy hitter. They just have to add unique side quests, and side activities. Make the world even more alive.

They are absolutely in their element these last few releases. Environments were amazing, LOAD TIMES, combat etc. Its also funny to see the use of the touchpad working SO well..at the end of the consoles lifecycle

Some games have taken advantage of specific PS5 hardware features that the PS4 isn't capable of but not a lot. Most PS4 games you see running on the PS5 are the exact PS4 versions and just look better like I mentioned because of FPS and resolution.

I actually got bored of it after 1 play through. I did really enjoy it, overall but I just think the world was very empty but I really really enjoyed jumping around rooftops. That alone was probably worth the asking price, alone. Hopefully if they make another, the world will be more full with activities, more improved combat and more engaging. I just ordered Spider-Man on Ps5 . Game seems very similar to infamous. Bit empty open world but looks very fun to be in. Especially swinging from buildings in New York and the fighting looks really cool. Not sure how I’ll enjoy the combat but I think at the very least, it will be fun enough. I’ve not really watched any gameplay on Spider-Man but from what I’ve seen, he has some crazy special moves with great special effects. Just a shame that Amazon seem to have none in stock and I have to wait a few weeks. To be honest, I don’t mind not being able to play yet but waiting weeks is annoying. Especially as Amazon haves few different listings and they are available. Although it’s usually £70 and I got it for £50 so not too bad.

We live in different times. People crave nostalgia now more than progress. And comic book movies are kinda near the end of their boom period which helped this game too. But man, they really lucked into something great here.

This is good to know. Been an Xbox guy my whole life but recently scored a PS5. Going through a lot of the older, and now cheaper, PS titles. This is one I’ve considered. @@mattpenix8438 dude even though infamous second son was released at the beginning of the PS4 era it feels like a modern game especially running on PS5 where it's been patched to include 4K with 60fps. definitely recommend infamous second son as it's a hidden gem. Another amazing game that people didn't give a good chance is days gone. It's absolutely phenomenal on the PS5 where it runs with stunning 4K visuals at a buttery smooth 60fps. It's such a good game & it pisses me off that people wrote it off before they even gave it a chance cuz it's got surprisingly good depth to the story & the hordes of zombies are amazing! You can get the game for cheap and it's brilliant on PS5

Even though I never had a PlayStation, I had heard Days Gone wasn’t the “hit” it was suppose to be, but every time I saw it looked like it would be fantastic to me. I too had wondered why it had been “written off” so to speak. Yeah only thing left is the whack a mole dup raids, cause there’s no proper side missions that u can do during or after the main story like the last games, just collecting audio and finding someone in a crowd of people. Infamous 1 & 2 had good and bad karma side missions, sucks those didn’t make it to this version

True, that would be awesome. Too bad it seems the developers are limited on how fast they can make player character move due to fps and performance and such. In first light fetch seems like she is running so fast especially when she goes through neon ring boosts. Seems much faster than Delsin in second son. But then did a running time trial test, same loop around the city for both. Delsin without speed boosts runs the same time as fetch on constant speed boosts from neon rings. Fetch without neon rings boost is significantly slower than Delsin neon speed. It seems devs can easily fool us with effects and in reality speed for both is capped at about 30 mph and only twice as fast as no power run for both characters.
