If we are using relic volcano aspd set. Should we set ultimate skill or special skill dmg amp?

from my experience only time you will realize use volcano set is if you are lacking dmg pen during ccb so dmg pen set and stats will come first, but in other situation you rather want to stack up other optimal dmg source like melee dmg instead

no when you start farming britra raid relic gears (t7) you will find that there are latent powers which is the stats that can be added as you upgrade the gear kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f9CIiLOTla-dhqs.html this is the video i have for it

Well, without Alice we would don´t had Horizon, since we have Horizon bc Alice beat up so hard Horizon body that she killed her past AI.
