Everytime time is spent listen to papaji satsangs, if you listen to the whole thing with your heart. You can feel these people, you can see your cycles in them, n theirs in active cycle. But almost every satsang, You feel them prior n then when the go within in his presence n come home different. It happens in a matter of seconds. Pay attention observe the change, feel it.

To answer that you have to inquire what is meditation? Is meditation sitting in one position doing silly exercises, repeat, repeat, repeat, or is the meditation something completely different? Being quiet is the beginning of meditation. Find out what meditation is, not by searching online, but by negating what meditation is not and be quiet. That you will see. Infinite Love.
