OMG I'm in tears laughing at this! Let me explain: I work in a law firm and while I have a good working relationship with my boss, there's one attorney who likes to be annoying. When I have downtime, he knows I bead. He also knows I want to learn Origami. This would be fun; nothing more fun than turning an annoying attorney's brief into an origami swan. Turning all of his paperclips into rings would truly be epic fun, especially the colored clips he likes to mooch from me. Thank you for so much great inspiration!

It depends on the wire. I would wear the Artistic copper wire in the pool but you can make this with stainless steel or sterling silver.

I use round pliers, flat pliers and cutters when needed. I'm not sure this answers your question!

Depends on the metal Debbie. You can make the same design with 18 or 20 gauge half hard wire.

Yes, paperclips are very hard. You can use 20 gauge wire if it's easier.
