For anyone wondering about the after sales and service, I would say it has been pretty good for me. I own a Inbook X1 and I faced battery drain problem. Battery was replaced under warranty quickly.

Been using Infinix Inbook X1 i5 since 2022. Never faced any issues with the device. 2 years later and still runs like a charm. Inke phones aur laptops dono hi bahut hi zyada value for money hotha hain yaar. 😍

Bhai main Pakistan se hn, or mere pas bhi Inbook X1 ha jo mene 2021 mein lia tha or abhi tak mast chal rha ha, aj tak koi lag nhi koi issue nahi. Ab 2 sal k bad bhi battery backup boht awesome ha. Mera online work chrome browser pr ha, jab inbook new lia tha tab 10-12 hours battery backup tha or ab 2 sal bad bhi 6-7 hours easily nikaal jata ha.

@@alhabibi9279I would like to answer, first of all, when we talk about about mobile, Infinix is the one of the worst because they just don't care about consumers at all. Like there's a mobile Infinix Zero 5G and the fingerprint lock option literally got removed after an update and it's been an year and they're not gonna fix it. Also, no Infinix product lasts longer, the life of any of its products whether it be laptop or mobile is usually 30-40% less than that of other branded companies, even chinese companies like Xiaomi are much better

I've been using the INbook X2 Plus (11th Gen i5) for almost a year now, and it has been pretty good till now. Runs smoothly whenever I multitask. I love the big screen and especially the backlit keyboard, helps a lot at night when the lights are turned off. Btw, I don't play games cuz I'm planning to use this for a very long time.

Good to hear that... I use a the i7 variant of this same model and it's pretty solid and good with productivity tasks I haven't used it to the benchmark levels, so I too can say it's a good choice for students and also for productivity tasks.

Msi modern 14 is far better choice 40k for 7530u (7530u and 7520u are way differennt. & 7530u is almost as good as intel 12th gen i7 u series). Also modern 14 has proper pd charging support

Don't buy both . Realme is ending laptop support. Infinix laptop can't handle multiple chrome tabs(watch review for the same device from other you tubers). Go with known brands they are popular for a reason.

@@infinixindia I did, I was planning to buy 2 laptops and narrowed down infinix (previous models) because of top notch specs and the exceptional value it offers but changed my mind after seeing the user reviews. You should also visit that section sometime bro 😀. An hassel free service assurance and rampup thermals should do the magic even if it adds a few extra thousands. Good luck.

Barring the great specs I'd still go for HP,Dell or any other well known manufacturer because they are the pioneers of the laptop market and therefore can be trusted unlike Infinix. I mean I have seldom seen people using Infinix smartphones and I don't think that is going to change for laptops as well!!!!!
