Does the LRF have an external battery also?

The LRF uses a different type of battery but it’s a removable rechargeable battery.

I am interested in purchasing........how do you compare this to other scopes -- AGM ??

The image of a IRay 384 is what I’d call the higher end 384 scopes and the Agm 384 scope I’d call the more the entry level scope. The IRay has a better image than the Agm scopes

@@texaspredatorhoghunting1776I'm literally on the fence on this how's the field of view on the 3x vs 2?. I hunt alot of 100yard shots and some are closer in the woods which would work better for that application? Agm is onsale for 2k atm and the gl35 iray is 2499$ worth the extra $?

1750 detection range. How far have. U been able to detect game at

Detection range and Id range are completely different. The id range will depend on the skill level of the user. Someone that uses thermal all the time will be able to Id better than someone that’s not familiar with thermal. I can Id a coyote size animal at 400-500 yards pretty easy with this scope but someone else may not be able to id at that range.
