Thank you so much, Chef AJ, for delivering my question to Dr. Pai. The saying I mentioned comes from India: "One meal a day makes a Yogi (a person spiritually centered and content); two meals a day make a Bhogi (a person reveling in sensual pleasure); and three meals a day make a Rogi (a person ridden by illness)." I noticed someone in the live chat commented "According to who?" and chose to characterize this time-honored saying from the East as silly. It seemed the commenter was just reacting instead of inquiring, but for anyone who is interested in hearing the answer to "According to who?": It's according to 5000+ years old Yogic science, tradition, wisdom, and the actual experiences of people who have been practicing it for centuries. I'm one of them. As I shared with you and your audience recently, as one eats and lives healthily, the body functions extremely efficiently and its needs are reduced dramatically. Going against that natural efficiency and equilibrium, and unnaturally going beyond the essential requirements for sense pleasures would result in inefficiency and illness. Looking at it from a different angle, a body that works inefficiently due to diagnosed or undiagnosed health issues would require much more nutrition like a car inefficiently burning fuel. The saying actually is much more comprehensive than it appears, and deals with the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions... the last permeating all. The peaceful efficiency is the result of all the layers harmonizing. I hope this helps anyone who is open to see and experience. Best to all.

He says "I'm not a zero oil person" (@1:12:02), because with cancer patients who are underweight he likes to cheat to get their calories increased....so he uses nut butters, avocados, etc, but those are NOT oil; those are whole, intact foods which are higher in fat, thus higher in calories. Charging the flyer now is charging/ blaming the victim. I think for the next two years we should have a flat weight tax that everyone pays. Meanwhile there should be announcements that people will be charged individually for being overweight in a date certain future. We have normalized overweight so much that people who are overweight need time to react and reduce consistently. We could trigger thousands of unnecessary heart attacks by forcing people to quickly take off weight for a trip and then upon returning to home they refeed with high fat, salt and sugar foods, clog their arteries, increase their visceral fat and constrict down their arterial endothelial cells. Let's not have these unintended consequences while trying to pay for added aviation fuel.
