Join me as we see how the @Mustang Survival 20th Anniversary Inflatable Wasit-Belt PFD performs.
It has 33.7 lbs of buoyancy and is designed for wearers with a chest range of 30-52 inches weighing over 80 pounds.
Unfortunately, this PFD was discontinued but replaced by the Minimalist Belt Pack, a super lightweight and lower buoyancy PFD.

I do not recommend wearing an inflatable waist belt for non-swimmers or when conditions are rough or cold. In these cases, I recommend wearing a full vest PFD.

She should have jumped in the water and then inflated the PFD. I wear glasses - I will not use one of these.

Yes! I want to film this again with the updated Mustang waist-belt PFD and I would get someone to film me engaging it in the water. For this video I really wanted to capture and see the entire process in slow motion!

Does it fill completely or do you still have to manually blow into it like other versions?

When the CO2 is activated it fully fills it - fast and lots of pressure.

I wear a traditional PFD. If you have to use this, is this a one time use and throw away kind of thing?
