Ingredients:
• Butterball All-Natural Ground Turkey
• Yellow Onion, finely chopped
• Green Pepper, finely chopped
• Red Pepper, finely chopped
• 1909 Garlic Powder
• Salt
• Moroccan Spice Blend
• Eggs
• Bread Crumbs
• Olive Oil for cooking
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Adjust breadcrumbs as needed.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Roll the turkey mixture into meatballs and brown on all sides in the skillet.
4. Transfer browned meatballs to a sheet pan.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
