Luego mas tarde otro, y es mas,algunos hasta en la comida de la noche ,si vas sumando los vasos ,se hace mas de un litro de refresco. Todos los vasos,o el vaso comun, son de 150ml a 200ml, y pa que sea un litro vasta con tomarse de 5 a 7 vasos.

For those saying it’s more beneficial health wise to just eat the fruits, I’m sure she knows this. A lot of people don’t like the taste of water on its own and infuse fruit into their water so they can enjoy the taste and get more of their daily water intake which is also very beneficial to your health. We should also consider that she could be doing this simply for her own personal tastes and enjoyment and there isn’t anything wrong with that either. Judgment and assumptions help no one :)

Out of curiosity how long would such water last before it ferments? Ive noticed some fruits like strawberries almost universally spoil faster than say apples or oranges. Yes, even after washing with baking soda it'll still spoil fast.

I'm pretty sure she already eats her fresh fruits and juices. This is just a replacement of plain water as adding fruits to it makes u feel fresher. Tips for jars...may be best to use glass instead of acrylic, especially for lemons...the acid eats up the acrylic and makes it look cloudy. I ruined several acrylic glasses like that.😮

Some people can't drink plain water so to help them drink more water, they add fruit to it to give it flavor. Eventually it should lead to them drinking plain water. I used to do this.

Какие дружные сёстры. Моя сестра ни разу меня не защитила ни в какой ситуации. Наоборот- всегда говорила про родителей, ты что не знаешь какие у нас родители, что для тебя нового. И в других ситуациях, когда я к ней обращалась, она мне просто начинала вредить, говорила какие-то нелогичные вещи, и потом вешала на меня вину, что я сама во всем виновата и что она сделала все правильно получается и все что могла.

As I'm drinking 3litres a day I think I'll infuse 1.5litres just so I can keep getting the hydration plus some flavour , I know it's a detriment and it's better to eat the fruit but I'd rather drink some infused water than break and reach for a soda. Great methods here.

Bicarbonato de soda (baking soda). Le hechas un poco, lo mezclas con el agua y las dejas reposar en ella de 5 a 10 minutos. Luego las enjuagas bien y las secas. Esto ayuda a quitarle cualquier sucio y/o agente artificial que le hayan echado a las frutas o vegetales. Espero haberte aclarado la duda. 😁👍🏼

@@pandapiggo8081They're actually are benefits of drinking lemon water. I do lemon, cucumber and mint. It helps cleanse/detox. I drink this in the morning and the rest of the day I just drink plain water.

When my teacher said "People are thinking about unnecessary things and other people's problems than their problems and also they try to find something wrong in every person or every person's action" this comment section is the best example and now i understand how many people are digging garbage when they don't even want to 😂😂. This person surely knows what she does. It's her fruits that she bought with her money and she might also eat those fruits later. If it doesn't cause any problem to your health, why even worrying unnecessary lol😂😂😂. This is funny but, this girl does what she loves and what she wants to do. Just imagine people's humanity level. They've got so spoiled and have lost humanity to hate a person for drinking infused water and for using her money. Shame on people.
