I think part of the relaxation we feel is rooted in how familiar we are with her and her voice. I have been watching her videos for 4+ years now and it truly feels like I am with a really good friend as I watch. It's a comforting aspect.

I love this video because this sums up my way of looking at the world. Whenever I'm sad or upset or sick or life isn't going my way. My main philosophy is "take care of yourself and your surroundings" it makes you feel a hundred times better. Just cleaning up your room/apartment/house. And organizing things. And then having a mini spa day with a face mask/doing your nails, etc. It always makes me feel so much better even on my worst days.

Ingrid I just love to see how you've evolved in the past few years on your journey to find your place in this world. It is evident even in the way you approach makeup. I feel that in years previous, your tutorials resulted in a flawless face (which they still do) but your emphasis on inner and outer beauty coming together is so lovely. I love when you say "Your imperfections still show through and I really love embracing that and letting those things show though." You portray your natural skin more confidently now that you are confident with who you are on the inside. It is all connected. I can see you are free from hiding your skin with makeup. Instead you use it to empower yourself, now that you are free to be who you are. What a powerful message you just gave me, thank you

From my understanding, she rented a studio apartment for filming. Her apartment isn't that large, and studio lights, and equipment take a lot of room. It also allows separating work from home, at least physically as I'm sure she thinks of YT even at home.

My routine is: 08:00 alarm and strech 08:05 toilet and clean face 08:15 Yammy breakfast&cartoons 09:00 take my yorkie for a walk 09:30 back home and check messages 10:00-13:00 lazy stuff and fruits 13:30-14:00 lunch 15:00 nap until 17:00 17:05 wash face 17:30 clean my room 18:00 yogurt&fruits 20:00 running time for 30 minutes and 15 minutes leg exercises 21:00 shower time 21:10 massage time with avocado oil 21:30 Sims time or FB and KZfaq time till I sleep ;)

For me one of the things that keeps me most centered and calm is guided meditations they really make me feel so relaxed and quiet. I also really feel at ease lighing a scented candle, watching once upon a time and eating some white chocolate :D.
